My idea for the Zine is to do a history of Nike's design styles and then create future concepts in sustainability and the future features that society may care about with the growing effects of climate change. The sustainability concept will demonstrate some of the future features we will see in websites like specifying what materials are being used, and what percentage of those materials are recycled. It will also show the carbon footprint of each shoe or article of clothing the customer chooses to buy so they can make the conscious decision to buy that product based on its ecological damage. The pages showing Nike's history will be taken directly from Nike's design book and Virgil Abloh's "Somethings Off" design book showing the earliest concepts to the newest ones. I plan on showing each decade's style that Nike used.
